ANNOUNCEMENT
Blue Star Maritime S.A., announces that today, Tuesday 26th September, 2006 completed the sale and delivered m/v PATMOS & m/v RODOS to foreign buyers, Attar Construction Ltd and Taymouth Ltd respectively.
The delivery of both vessels took place at the port of Drapetsona, Greece.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Blue Star Maritime S.A. announces that an agreement was signed with ATTAR CONSTRUCTION LTD for the sale of m/v PATMOS and with TAYMOUTH LTD for the sale of m/v RODOS.
The agreed sale price is USD 3,030,000 in cash. The profit from this sale is estimated at approximately Euro 100,000.
The delivery of both vessels is expected to take place by the end of September 2006.
