Cunard's Queen Victoria docks in Melbourne 21 Feb 2008 Cunard's Queen Victoria sailed into Melbourne's Port Phillip Bay early this morning and berthed at Station Pier in Port Melbourne. The ship will also visit Sydney, Brisbane and Port Douglas before travelling on to Asia. The 90,000-tonne ocean liner was launched in December 2007 and is one of the world's most luxurious ships. It carries 2,000 passengers and its facilities include a two-storey library among other amenities.
