14/12/2007 - MINOAN LINES Announcement

We would like to inform the investment community with the following:

On December 13th 2007, the company Access Maritime S.A.informed our Board of Directors that sold 18,481,487 common registered voting shares of the company’s share capital. After the abovementioned transaction its stake decreased from 26.05% to 0.0%.

According to our company’s shareholders files the company Sea Star Capital plc participates in Minoan Lines’ share capital with 26.71% and holds 18,942,487 common registered voting shares.



14/12/2007 - MINOAN LINES Announcement of regulated information according to the Law 3556/2007

The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that Mr Panagiotis Laskaridis a member of the Board of Directors (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) sold 461,000 ordinary shares of a total value of € 2,305,000 on December 11th 2007.

The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
