Rederiet Stenersen chooses Globe Wireless as VSAT solution provider
Palm Bay, Florida, USA (5th Mar 2008): Today, Globe Wireless announced that it has been
selected by Rederiet Stenersen AS of Bergen, Norway to provide VSAT satellite equipment
and service to their fleet of 13 chemical/product tankers and 6 newbuilds.
Mr. John R. Stenersen, Technical Manager for Rederiet Stenersen commented, “Globe
Wireless VSAT services will allow us to offer better services to our crew for browsing, email,
and voice calling, while at the same time improving communications between ships and our offices.”
