KG Maritime Shipping buys 70% of Navibulgar

The Bulgarian government gave the green light to German-led consortium KG Maritime Shipping to buy 70 percent of state maritime operator Navibulgar (Navigation Maritime Bulgare EAD Varna) for $349 million (440.1 million levs).
