Announcement of Regulated Information according to the Law 3556/2007 – 08.05.2008

Following the 05.05.2008 announcement, Nel Lines S.A., announces that Allianz S.E. (via Dresdner Kleinwort Securities Ltd) informed the company in writing, with a letter dated 07.05.2008, that its participation in the total voting rights of the company on 11.04.2008 changed from 9,90% (total voting rights 11.694.993) to 10,74% (total voting rights 12.694.993), which exceeds the percentage of 10% and on 29.04.2008 changed from 12,01% (total voting rights 14.192.993) to 18.13% (total voting rights 21.419.882), which exceeds the percentage of 15 %.

After this critical transaction Allianz S.E. has no shares, the total voting rights held are 21.419.882, i.e. a percentage of 18,13%.
