SUSPENSION OF TRADING
At the request of COSCO Pacific Limited (the “Company”), trading in shares
of the Company will be suspended with effect from 9:34 a.m. on 4th June,
2008 pending the release of a clarification announcement regarding our tender
for the concession of the Piraeus terminal in Greece which is price sensitive in
nature.
