FESCO to Boost Ro-Ro Capacity

A second-hand Ro-Ro the FESCO Ulad-Ude, ex the Baybridge Express, replenished FESCO fleet.

The sale & purchase deal was accomplished on October 10, 2008 in Hong Kong. The vessel is classed NK, flag Panama, built in 1985 (Japan), capacity - 390 cars or 85 trucks up to 8 tons in weight, speed - 15,8 knots.

On October 11 the FESCO Ulan-Ude left Hong Kong for Shanghai. The vessel will be deployed on FESCO Ro-Ro Service between the ports of Japan, China, Korea and Far East of Russia.
