Declares Quarterly Dividend

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable Dec. 13, 2008, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Dec. 1, 2008.
