OOCL launches new Surabaya Feeder Service (SBY)

OOCL is pleased to announce the launch of our new dedicated feeder service between Singapore and Surabaya, Indonesia. The new service, to be launched on August 11, 2008 from Singapore, will be called the Surabaya Feeder Service (SBY) and is solely operated by OOCL. This will be OOCL’s first dedicated service calling Surabaya.

The new SBY service has been launched to provide a more stable service for our customers, and also to solve the shortage of slot availability in the market.

Comprising one 1,200 TEU vessel (loadable capacity), the SBY will provide a weekly service from / to Surabaya and other destinations throughout Asia, Europe and North America.
