FIRST ULSTEIN X-BOW® BUILT AT EXTERNAL YARD LAUNCHED

Western Geco's first of six vessels of the type ULSTEIN SX124 with ULSTEIN X-BOW® was launched from the Spanish Barreras shipyard in Vigo, Tuesday 3 June.

It was a successfull and smooth launch of the first vessel with the ULSTEIN SX124 design from Ulstein Design. She will, as the pictures show, be named WG COLUMBUS. The vessel is Barreras new build no. 1657.
