The Marine Accident Investigation into the collision between the New Flame and Tom Gertrud on 12 August 2007, was published today by the Gibraltar Maritime Administration (GMA).
The GMA took the lead in this joint investigation and has worked closely with the flag administrations of Panama and Denmark, where the respective vessels were registered.
