2020 Bulkers Ltd. (2020) - Hedging transactions for two vessels from August 1 to December 31, 2025

2020 Bulkers has entered into hedging transactions through forward freight agreements (FFA) effectively securing an average fixed rate of approximately US$33,700 per day, gross, for two vessels from August 1 to December 31, 2025.

In addition, the Company will continue to earn scrubber benefits during the fixed rate periods.

2020 Bulkers has six Newcastlemax dry bulk vessels in operation. All vessels are fitted with exhaust scrubber systems.
