Dividend Declaration

ACM Shipping Group plc (AIM:ACMG), announces that the Directors have today declared a second interim dividend of 7.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2014.

The second interim dividend will be payable on Friday, 25 July 2014 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday, 30 May 2014 (ex-dividend Wednesday, 28 May 2014).
