APM Terminals Renews Terminal Services Agreement
with Horizon Lines in North America

Portsmouth, Virginia – APM Terminals Americas and Horizon Lines Inc., today announced a new six-year terminal services agreement in North America. The agreement applies to stevedoring and terminal services in Jacksonville, Florida; Houston, Texas; Los Angeles, California; Tacoma, Washington; and Elizabeth, New Jersey. The agreement is effective immediately and will run through 2015 with an option to extend for two years. It replaces the previous agreement that was set to expire later this year.
