Aries Offshore sold to Restis Group

Aries Energy Corporation has today sold its shares in Aries Offshore, including various subsidiaries, to the Restis Group with it head office in Athens - Greece.

The Restis Group is one of the largest shipping companies in Greece, and is currently involved in Bulk and Tanker shipping, Aviation, Banking, Entertainment and Real Estate. The Restis Group is controlled by Victor Restis, and has an annual turnover, including the shipping activities, of approximately USD 2 billion.
