"ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A." (hereinafter the “Company” or "ATTICA"), based on the 
decision No. 827/2023 of the Competition Commission dated 3.8.2023, announces that 
the Plenary of the Competition Commission unanimously approved the relevant previous 
notification of the Company for the merger through absorption of "ANEK S.A." (hereinafter "ANEK") by ATTICA.

Pursuant to the above mentioned approval, the merger is subject to the usual on such 
cases conditions and approvals of the competent corporate bodies.

Bernitsas Law Firm provided the legal representation and support of the Company before 
the Competition Commission.
