For clarification purposes, the gross sales price for the two vessels WilEnergy and WilGas was USD 31.6 million.
The sale will contribute with a net positive cash effect of MUSD 32.2 including bunkers and lubes settlement for Awilco LNG.

Reference is made to press release no. 1 dated 1 June 2016. Awilco LNG ASA (Awilco LNG or the Company) has on 18 August 2016 completed the sale and delivery of the 1983 built 125,000 cbm LNG carrier WilEnergy and the 1984 built 125,000 cbm LNG carrier WilGas.
The agreement requires that the identity of the buyer is not disclosed. The sale of WilGas and WilEnergy will contribute with an estimated loss of USD 6.6 million in Awilco LNG’s 2016 financial results.

Awilco LNG ASA (Awilco LNG or the Company) has on 30 May 2016 entered into a binding agreement to sell the 1984 and 1983 built 125,000 cbm LNG carriers WilGas and WilEnergy (the Vessels).
The Vessels are in cold lay-up. The agreement requires that the identity of the buyer is not disclosed.
The delivery of the Vessels is according to the agreement expected to take place between 15 August and 15 September 2016.
A 10 % deposit is according to the contract shortly to be paid by the buyer. Awilco LNG will revert with more information in due course.
