26 March 2024 A Singapore-flag container ship caused a catastrophic collapse of Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore. The ship collided with the bridge at around 01:30 local time (05:30 GMT). Baltimore City Fire spokesman Kevin Cartwright confirmed that at least seven vehicles, including at least one tractor-trailer-sized vehicle, have collapsed into the water, Baltimore's city police confirmed that it is possible that there are workers in the water after the Key Bridge collapse.
