ANEK LINES and SUPERFAST FERRIES extend their joint operation until 2017 in the international route Patras-Igoumenitsa-Ancona and the domestic route Piraeus-Heraklion, Crete.

The Board of Directors of “ANEK-SUPERFAST ENDEKA (HELLAS) INC & CO” Joint Service wishes to announce the extension of the Joint Service Agreement until 31/05/2017 for the deployment of vessels of the two companies in the international route Patras-Igoumenitsa-Ancona and the domestic route Piraeus-Heraklion, Crete.

The strategic move of the two Greek Group of companies, ANEK S.A. and ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A. to create a Joint Service, as of May 2011, has resulted in achieving important synergies and new dynamics for the development of both routes, facing the rising vessel operational costs while maintaining the high quality of services.

The Board of Directors of the Joint Service strongly believes that the extension of this joint service agreement until 2017 will further optimize the positive results of the two companies’ cooperation in both routes and further improve the routes and services offered.
