SALE OF MINERAL LONDON

CMB confirms that Bocimar International has sold the Capesize vessel Mineral London
(2006-173,949 dwt). The net sale price amounts to USD 60.2 million. At the time of delivery
of the vessel, scheduled to take place in the course of the fourth quarter 2009, a capital gain of
approximately USD 5.7 million will be realised.
