Singapore, 09 December 2015 After close of markets on 8 December 2015, BW LPG Limited (“BW LPG”) acquired 3,069,185 shares in Aurora LPG Holding ASA (“Aurora LPG” or the “Company”), representing 10.34% of the outstanding shares in the Company (the “Transaction”). As a result of the Transaction, BW LPG now holds a total of 3,598,959 shares in Aurora LPG, representing 12.13% of the outstanding shares in the Company. As part of the Transaction, BW LPG has sold 2,565,318 existing shares in BW LPG held in treasury. As a result, BW LPG now holds 834,682 treasury shares, equivalent to 0.61% of the 136,276,383 outstanding shares in BW LPG.
