First of all,the No.4 64K bulk carrier which is the first ship constructed in Yangzhou New building Division, had the whole hull structure erection completed at 13:00 p.m.. Following that, the unveiling ceremony of Jincheng Labour Resources Co., Ltd was held at 13:58 p.m., which is considered the guarantee for the human resources required in Yangzhou New building Division. At 14:28 p.m., the unveiling ceremony of the Outfittings Fabricating Area was held. At 15:28 p.m., the keel laying of the No.35 64K bulk carrier was completed
