China Shipping and Port of Dalian Deepen Cooperation

On January 24th, 2014, China Shipping and Daliangang Group signed Deepening Cooperation Agreement.

The signing ceremony was held in the group’s headquarter. Mr. Hui Kai, board chairman of Daliangang Group, and Mr. Zhang Guofa, director and president of China Shipping Group signed on the agreement on behalf of the two sides, witnessed by leaders including Group’s chairman and party secretary Xu Lirong, deputy director of Liaoning Province Transportation Department Jia Fuyuan, head of Port and Waterway Bureau Pei Song. The ceremony was hosted by vice president Huang Xiaowen.

President of Dalian Port Company Limited Xu Song, BOD Secretary of China Shipping Group Yu Zenggang and leader from Dalian Container Development, China Shipping Terminal Development, China Shipping Container Lines and relative departments attended the talks and ceremony.

Before the ceremony, the two sides hold cordial talks, during which chairman and party secretary Xu Lirong, president Zhang Guofa, chairman of Diliangang Hui Kai and deputy director of Liaoning Province Transportation Department Jia Fuyuan all agreed, that for a long time, China Shipping and the Port of Dalian accumulated a solid and profound foundation for collaboration, and the new agreement will surely promote the deepening of cooperation, increase the market competitiveness of both sides and contribute to the regional economic prosperity.
