The annual general meeting of shareholders of today has approved the distribution of a gross dividend over the financial year 2010 of EUR 1,36 per share (EUR 1,02 net per share).

In September 2010 an interim dividend amounting to EUR 0,28 gross (EUR 0,21 net) per share was already paid.

The final dividend of EUR 1,08 gross per share (EUR 0,81 net) will be made payable on 20 May 2011.

Important information with respect to the final dividend 2010:

- coupon final dividend 2010: 11
- ex-date final dividend 2010: 17 May 2011
- record date final dividend 2010: 19 May 2011
- payment date final dividend 2010: 20 May 2011
