CLARIFICATION OF ARTICLE IN LIANHE ZAOBAO

The board of directors of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) refers to the Chinese article which appeared in Lianhe Zaobao on 14 April 2010 entitled “Chinese Coal Carrier Seriously Damages Australian Great Barrier Reef”). The article states that the vessel belongs to a subsidiary of the Company. The Company wishes to clarify that none of its subsidiaries is the owner the vessel mentioned in the article.
