The Board of Directors of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that COSCO (Guangdong) Shipyard Co., Ltd. (“COSCO (Guangdong)”) and COSCO (Dalian) Shipyard Co., Ltd. (“COSCO (Dalian)”) (being two subsidiaries of the Company’s 51% owned subsidiary, COSCO Shipyard Group Co., Ltd) have delivered one unit of 57,000 dwt bulk carrier, “ER NAZIRE” and one unit of new build 30,000 dwt multipurpose heavy lift carrier “CHIPOLBROK GALAXY”, to its buyers respectively.

The delivery documents were signed by and between COSCO (Guangdong) and COSCO (Dalian) with the buyers recently.

The 57,000 dwt bulk carrier delivered by COSCO Guangdong is 189.99 meters in LOA (length of all), 32.26 meters in breadth and 18.00 meters in depth and the new build 30,000 dwt multipurpose heavy lift carrier delivered by COSCO Dalian measures 199.80 meters in LOA (length of all), 27.80 meters in breadth and 15.50 meters in depth.
