Delivery of Vessels

The Board of Directors of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that COSCO (Zhoushan) Shipyard Co., Ltd. (“COSCO (Zhoushan)”) and COSCO (Dalian) Shipyard Co., Ltd. (“COSCO (Dalian)”) (being two subsidiaries of the Company’s 51% owned subsidiary, COSCO Shipyard Group Co., Ltd) have each delivered one unit of bulk carrier, “ASIA” and “RBD OCEAN OF JOY”, to its European buyers respectively.

The delivery documents were signed by and between COSCO (Zhoushan) and COSCO (Dalian) with the buyers respectively on 1 June 2010.

The vessel delivered by COSCO Zhoushan is 18 meters high, 32.26 meters wide, and 189.99 meters long and the vessel delivered by COSCO Dalian measures 20.7 meters high, 38 meters wide and 229.2 meters long.
