29 December 2014 The Board of Directors of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) refers to the announcement made by the Company on 9 May 2013 in relation to the passing of a resolution for the dissolution of COSCO (Lianyungang) Shipyard Co., Ltd (“COSCO Lianyungang”) (a 60% owned subsidiary of the Company’s 51% owned subsidiary, COSCO Shipyard Group Co., Ltd). The Board wishes to announce that COSCO Lianyungang has now been dissolved and that COSCO Lianyungang’s registration with the relevant companies registry ceased on 22 December 2014. The final dissolution of COSCO Lianyungang is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
