Delivery of Vessels

The Board of Directors of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that COSCO (Guangdong) Shipyard Co., Ltd (“COSCO Guangdong”), a subsidiary of the Company’s 51% owned COSCO Shipyard Group Co., Ltd, has delivered the following vessels to its European buyer:

1) One (1) Platform Supply Vessel, “VOS PARTNER”, measuring 83.48 meters in LOA (length of all), 18 meters in breadth and 8 meters in depth.

2) One (1) Livestock Carrier, “GLOUCESTER EXPRESS”, measuring 134.80 meters in LOA (length of all), 19.60 meters in breadth and 14.80 meters in depth.

The delivery documents were signed by and between COSCO Guangdong and the buyer recently.
