Delivery of Vessel

The Board of Directors of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that COSCO (Dalian) Shipyard Co., Ltd (“COSCO Dalian”) (being a subsidiary of the Company’s 51% owned COSCO Shipyard Group Co) has delivered a cargo teaching practice ship of 30,000 dwt to its buyer, Dalian Maritime University. The delivery documents were signed by and between COSCO (Dalian) with the buyer in October 2016.

The ship measures 15.50 meters high, 27.80 meters wide and 199.80 meters long.
