Delivery of vessels

The Board of Directors of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that shipyards, which are subsidiaries of the Company’s 51% owned subsidiary COSCO Shipyard Group Co., Ltd, have delivered one (1) Platform Supply

Vessel and one (1) Bulk Carrier as follow:

1. COSCO (Zhoushan) Shipyard Co., Ltd
Delivery of a Platform Supply Vessel, “Sunrise 1” to its buyer from Asia. The vessel measures 83.75 meters in LOA (length of all), 18 meters in breadth and 7 meters in depth.

2. COSCO (Guangdong) Shipyard Co., Ltd
Delivery of a Bulk Carrier, “CHIOS VICTORY” to its European buyer. The carrier measures 179.99 meters in LOA (length of all), 30 meters in breadth and 14.70 meters in depth.

The delivery documents were signed by and between the shipyards and the respective buyers recently.
