"Scandinavian Express" Delivered following successful Sea Trial

N239, the second of the 92,500DWT bulk carrier series, successfully completed sea trials in COSCO Dalian Shipyard on 28th January 2010. The sea trials lasted for 65 hours and the vessel passed all the necessary navigation tests.

The 92,500DWT bulk carrier was named "Scandinavian Express ", built for HOLLAND VROON B.V., successfully delivered on February 10, 2010. This is the first vessel in the four 92,500DWT bulk carrier series being built for this company.

The bulk carrier measures 229.2 meters long, 38 meters wide and 20.7 meters high. Classed by Lloyd's Register, has a navigation speed of 14.1 knots and a continued voyage ability of 22,000 nautical miles.
