N232 Launching

On December 8, N232, the 57,000 dwt bulk carrier, being built for the Greek owner DYNACOM, was towed and slid onto the floating dock of 'Cuihuashan' in COSCO Guangdong Shipyard, smoothly achieving the "whole ship" launching.

It took only 3 hours and 20 minutes to finish it, a significant improvement on earlier similar operations.

After launching, the vessel will dock and further erection, painting and checking of compartment integrity will be carried out.
