DHT Holdings, Inc. announces letter of intent for three additional VLCC newbuildings

DHT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:DHT) ("DHT" or the "Company") has entered into a letter of intent ("LOI") with Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. ("HHI") in South Korea for the construction of three additional VLCCs at a contract price of $97.3 million each, including $2.3 million in additions and upgrades to the standard specification, for delivery in September, October and November 2016.
