Stamford, Conn. - April 26, 2023
Dorian LPG Ltd. (NYSE: LPG) (the "Company," "Dorian LPG," "we," "us," and "our"), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of $1.00 per share of the Company's common stock.
The total dividends to be paid will amount to approximately $40.4 million.
The dividend is payable on or about May 22, 2023 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 8, 2023.
