Eitzen Bulk Shipping secured long term Contract
of Affreightment with ThyssenKrupp

Camillo Eitzen & Co ASA (CECO) is pleased to announce that Eitzen Bulk Shipping A/S (74% owned by CECO) has secured a long term contract of affreightment (COA) for 50 million tons of steel slabs with ThyssenKrupp over a period of 11 years.

The COA will commence during Q4 2010 and expire in Q3 2021. The COA is equivalent to approximately 7.5 Panamax/Supramax annually, and has total contract revenue of about USD 727 million.
