Euroseas Ltd. Declares Quarterly Dividend, and Sets Date for the Release of Second Quarter 2011 Results, Conference Call and Webcast

08/2/11 Maroussi, Athens, Greece - August 2, 2011 - Euroseas Ltd., (NASDAQ:ESEA) an owner and operator of drybulk carriers and container vessels and provider of seaborne transportation for dry bulk and containerized cargoes, announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.07 per common share for the second quarter of 2011. The dividend is payable on or about September 9, 2011 to all shareholders of record as of September 2, 2011. This is the 24th consecutive quarterly dividend since the company accessed the capital markets in August 2005.

Furthermore, the company announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011, on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 before the market opens in New York. On the same day, Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at 10:00 am EDT, the Company's management will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results.
