The increase quantum will be USD200/20'?USD400/40'?USD400/40'HQ effective DEC. 25, 2011 for Far East(including Japan) / Indian Sub-Continent to Europe and Mediterranean Westbound Trade and will apply to all cargoes and commodities, including temperature-controlled and special equipments.
