Evergreen Line Announces Rate Restoration on
Far East/ Indian Sub-Continent to Europe and Med Westbound Trade

In a continued effort to provide our customers with the reliable and efficient level of service, Evergreen Line hereby announces to implement further rate restoration program. The increase quantum will be USD300 per TEU effective January 1st, 2010 for Far East(including Japan) / Indian Sub-Continent to Europe and Med Westbound Trade and will apply to all cargoes and commodities, including temperature-controlled and reefer freight.

Rate Restoration for the Far East to Middle East, Red Sea and ISC

In a continued effort to provide our customers with the reliable and efficient level of service, Evergreen Line decides to implement the Rate Restoration programme as following details for Far East to Persian Gulf, Red Sea and ISC.

Service Scope :
From Far East to Middle East

• Effective Date : DEC/15/2009 (On board date)
• Quantum : USD 75/TEU

From Far East to Red Sea, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh

• Effective Date : DEC/15/2009 (On board date)
• Quantum : USD 100/TEU

Remarks
The rate restoration will be applied to all cargoes and commodities including reefer and special equipments.
