26/04/2021 As part of the ongoing arbitration commenced by GUNVOR in relation to the charterpartyof the FSRU barge, EXMAR received an interim award. The tribunal has issued a partial final award on two preliminary issues rejecting GUNVOR’s application for declaratory relief. EXMAR can confirm that this decision has no negative impact on the EBITDA generated from this charter. EXMAR press release
