29/04/2021 Reference is made to the charter party between EXMAR and GUNVOR, in respect of the floating regasification barge (FSRU S188) which is the subject of ongoing arbitration proceedings. EXMAR received a notice of early termination from charterers, GUNVOR. EXMAR received a termination feeequal to two years hire as a result of the early termination. EXMAR will commence marketing the FSRU S188for re-employment and further details will be communicated in due course EXMAR press release
