15 January 2015 Finnlines Plc has today signed the purchase agreement of a ro-ro vessel, which was named MS Finnmerchant (ex MS Dorset, ex MS Longstone). This modern ro-ro vessel was built in 2003, has the ice class 1A, 2 606 lanemetres and gross tonnage of 23 235. The acquired ro-ro vessel will complement Finnlines' liner services offered to the customers and strengthens the competitiveness of the Finnlines fleet.
