Golar LNG Partners LP First Quarter 2013 Cash Distribution

Hamilton, Bermuda, April 29, 2013

Golar LNG Partners LP (NASDAQ: GMLP) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended March 31, 2013 of $0.515 per unit. This represents an increase of $0.015 per unit from the fourth quarter of 2012 cash distribution and reflects accretion as a result of the acquisition of Golar Maria which completed in February 2013.

This cash distribution will be paid on May 16, 2013 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 9, 2013.
