Delivery of SPP Supramax
New-Build Bulk Carrier

Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company"), (LSE: GPRT) the international shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of container and dry bulk vessels announces that on 3 December 2010, it took delivery of the new build geared bulk carrier vessel with 59,000 DWT capacity from SPP Shipbuilding Co Ltd., in South Korea. The vessel was named 'Eleni D' and commenced its pre-agreed three year time charter for a daily rate of US$ 23,000.

Following the delivery of 'Eleni D' Goldenport's fleet consists of 21 operational vessels. During the first half of 2011 the Company expects to increase the size of its operational fleet to 26 vessels, with the addition of the four remaining contracted new-build vessels and the delivery from the seller of the recently acquired container vessel 'Clifton-Bridge'. In addition to the already contracted vessels the Company will continue actively looking for acquisitions that fit its expansion criteria.
