Havila Shipping ASA has completed a new secured bond issue

Havila Shipping ASA has successfully completed the issuance a NOK 225 million secured bond. Final maturity date is 8 November 2016. The bond will be sought listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

The net proceeds from the bond issue will be directed towards long term financing of the company's newbuild program.

First Securities has acted as sole manager of the bond issue.



Havila Shipping ASA
