Havila Shipping ASA - Charter agreements

Havila Shipping has entered into a charter contract with Tallis Energy Norway for the PSV vessel Havila Crusader for a fixed period of one year starting during December 2010, with two optional periods each of six months duration.

The fixture is based on market terms.

Havila Shipping has entered into a charter contract with Statoil for the PSV vessel Havila Clipper for a fixed period of one year starting in second quarter of 2011, with two optional periods each of six months duration.

The vessel will support Statoil operations in the North Sea.

After signing these contracts the contractual coverage for the fleet for 2011 will be 81% options included and 70% options excluded.
