22 May 2023 Please be informed that the government of Guam has ceased operations due to the approaching Mawar typhoon. Guam and the Marianas are now under COR 2, and all establishments and residences are advised to secure and prepare for typhoon impact. Power and water outages are expected. As per the Harbor Master update, the port TOS system was shut down at 9 am local time today and won't be up until Condition of Readiness (Cor) 4 is announced. Hence, no vessel berthing/unberthing or cargo ops in port.
