(iii) Ermeland Shipping Inc, a company incorporated in Panama, for the construction and sale of one (1) unit of 82,000 DWT bulk carrier. The delivery of the vessel is expected to take place on or before 31 December 2011. (iv) Alkimos Shipping Corporation, a company incorporated in the Republic of Liberia, for the construction and sale of one (1) unit of 95,000 DWT bulk carrier. The delivery of the vessel is expected to take place on or before 31 January 2012. (v) Ionic Investment Corporation, a company incorporated in the Republic of Liberia, for the construction and sale of one (1) unit of 95,000 DWT bulk carrier. The delivery of the vessel is expected to take place on or before 28 February 2012. (vi) Corinna Shipping Inc, a company incorporated in the Republic of Liberia, for the construction and sale of one (1) unit of 95,000 DWT bulk carrier. The delivery of the vessel is expected to take place on or before 31 March 2012.
