By assigning Japanese personnel to Yangon, “K” Line will be able to have direct contact with the Myanmar industrial community in order to gather and better evaluate information related to infrastructure and local companies in Myanmar. “K” Line will also develop marine transportation and other services in logistics and related areas to meet the demands of customers that have entered or are considering establishing operations in Myanmar. “K” Line has already secured an office in Yangon and will conduct operations with an eye towards developing business by establishing a joint venture with a local company in the future.
